Digital Resources: Downloadable tools, templates, guides, and materials
Educational Content: Blog articles, case studies, and learning materials
Project Consulting: Specific business growth projects delivered remotely or in-person
Partnership Development: Strategic partnership advisory services
Implementation Support: Hands-on assistance with business growth initiatives
Strategic Consulting: Business strategy development and advisory services
Power Hours: Intensive consulting sessions (1-3 hours) via Zoom or in-person
Fractional Services: Ongoing part-time strategic support and implementation
Delivery Methods:
Online courses and resources via Podia platform
Remote consulting via Zoom, Teams, or similar platforms
In-person consulting within the UK and EU (where legally permitted to work)
Digital delivery of tools, templates, and materials
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services
You must have legal capacity to enter into contracts
You represent that all information provided is accurate and complete
Some Services require account registration via our Podia platform
You're responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
Prices may vary by service type and are subject to change with notice
All prices include applicable UK VAT where required
Payments processed securely via Podia's platform using Stripe
Accepted payment methods: major credit/debit cards as supported by Stripe
Payment required in full before service delivery unless otherwise agreed
Digital Products and Courses:
No refunds after 14 days from purchase date
Refunds within 14 days only if you haven't accessed the content
Technical issues will be resolved rather than refunded where possible
Consulting Services:
Power Hours: No refunds once session is completed
Project Work: Refunds prorated based on work completed
Fractional Services: 30 days written notice required for termination
Exceptional Circumstances:
We may offer discretionary refunds for genuine hardship or technical failures
All refund requests must be made in writing to Thisistrail@proton.me
We Own:
All course content, materials, templates, and resources
Our brand name, logos, and trademarks
All proprietary methodologies and frameworks
Website content, design, and functionality
Any custom work, reports, or strategies created for clients
Your License:
Limited, non-exclusive license to use purchased materials for your personal/business use
You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share our materials with others
You may NOT create derivative works based on our content
License terminates if you breach these Terms
We retain IP rights in our methods, processes, and know-how
Clients retain rights to their confidential business information
Any custom strategies or reports created remain our IP unless specifically transferred
We may create anonymized case studies from our work (with client consent)
You May NOT:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permission
Record, screenshot, or share course content with others
Use our materials to compete with us or create competing services
Remove copyright notices or branding from our materials
We Provide Professional Advice, But:
Results are not guaranteed and depend on your implementation
We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results
Our advice is general and may not suit all circumstances
You remain responsible for your business decisions and outcomes
To the Maximum Extent Permitted by Law:
We Are NOT Liable For:
Any indirect, consequential, or special damages
Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Business interruption or loss of data
Damages exceeding the amount you paid for our Services
Financial Liability Cap:
Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific Service in question
This applies whether the claim is in contract, tort, or otherwise
You Acknowledge That:
Business success depends on many factors beyond our control
You must exercise your own judgment in implementing our advice
You should seek additional professional advice where appropriate (legal, financial, etc.)
You use our Services at your own risk
Course delivery via Podia platform subject to their terms of service
We're not responsible for Podia platform downtime or technical issues
Account access dependent on maintaining Podia platform compliance
Acceptable Use:
Use Website and Services for legitimate business purposes only
Respect other users and maintain professional conduct
Don't attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our systems
Prohibited Activities:
Uploading malicious code or viruses
Attempting to gain unauthorized access
Using automated systems to scrape content
Impersonating us or other users
